HR expert with more than a dozen years of experience in planning and implementing processes related to building a work environment where employees constantly develop and feel recognised for their achievements. At 24/7Communication, she is responsible for the implementation of all HR processes, making sure that the Employee Journey of each 24/7Team member is a very positive experience, but also manages the Agency’s organisational area.
She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, specialised in human resource management. Professionally associated with HRM Partners for many years, that is where she completed numerous consulting projects in the field of employee competence and performance management, and conducted training in managerial skills.
However, what matter most for her is the family – her husband and two daughters, with whom she loves to spend time. She likes traveling short and long distances, getting to know people and cultures, and enjoying the world’s diversity.
