Basia’s main duties include issuing invoices for contractors, monitoring receivables for payments, debt collection, and preparing payment demands. Basia also supports the Financial Controller in preparing the necessary reports and cooperates with teams in the area of ​​project cost settlements.

From the beginning of her professional career, she has been involved in finance, accounting, and HR and payroll. After completing her first degree in Finance and Accounting, she decided to obtain a master’s degree in management with a specialization in HR Business Partner at the Leon Koźmiński Academy.

Privately, she is the owner of two Labradors and a fan of true crime podcasts. In her free time, she loves spending time on all kinds of physical activities and reading books.
