She has several years of experience in the field of strategic consulting for image building. At the Agency, she supports clients in reputation management, crisis communication, and relationship building with major stakeholders. She is responsible for business development, launching new solutions, and adding competence to the Agency’s offering, managing a team that comprises tens of consultants with whom she has won more than a dozen of the industry’s most prestigious awards, such as Złote Spinacze (Golden Paperclips), Effie, and Sabre.

Before joining the company, she had spent the first few years of her professional career working for the European Commission, the European Parliament in Brussels, as well as for the Polish Ministry of Sport and Tourism where she served as a communication specialist. Her track record includes the TVN editorial team, and PR agencies: Ketchum in Singapore and BPCM in France.  She was a juror for the following competitions: Young Creatives, Złote Spinacze, Effie, and an expert for See and Say. Her achievements include an honourable mention under the Press 2020 magazine’s AdWoman contest.

Privately, she is passionate about alpine skiing, tennis, and wind/kite/surfing, competed in car rallies as a co-driver, and loves classical music, opera, and ballet.
