Her regular responsibilities include research, recruitment, onboarding of new employees and HR Administration tasks. The thing she values most about being an HR professional is the opportunity to get to know different people, their talents and interests.

Her adventure with human resources began already during the first year of her undergraduate studies, at one of Warsaw-based publishers. She started working in the field of HR Administration, but it was her desire to work closer with people that pushed her towards recruitment – a choice that proved to be spot-on.

Ola’s passions include traveling, baking cakes, and photography. In her free time, she likes to go to a concert, play board games with friends, and go ice skating in the winter season.
