Alicja has been entrusted with the task of managing complex production projects at the Content Department, spanning photo shoots, website and application development, or production of animated videos. She started at the Agency by supporting it in office organisation matters and employee onboarding, only to have advanced to managing creative projects in the most efficient and meticulous way.

Holding a master’s degree in image communication and branding from the University of Wroclaw, she has always been interested in the market perspective of the image of brands – an experience she uses in the conceptual work on a daily basis. She is open to interpersonal contacts, which makes her a perfect match for teamwork, and believes that conversation is enough to tackle all challenges and problems.

Privately, a happy wife and a mother to 2.5-year-old Nela. She has always found traveling and observing the beauty of the surrounding world inspiring, which is precisely what makes her try to commune with nature anytime possible. She is also a fan of books and Netflix crime shows.
Exploring the secrets of the human mind for quite some time already, she often listens to psychology podcasts.
