As Legal & Compliance Director, she supports the Management Board and teams in making business decisions that are both safe and practical. Her responsibilities include contracts, compliance, data protection, legal risk, and corporate governance.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She completed her legal training and passed the bar exam, and currently practices as a legal counsel. She has over 15 years of professional experience gained across the financial, technology, and HR services sectors. She is particularly passionate about negotiations and projects that require combining a legal perspective with business needs.

Outside of work, she enjoys staying active. In the summer, she runs and cycles, while in winter she prefers skiing. She also likes to unwind by travelling and reading, particularly books focused on personal development.
