Maria manages the Energy & Industry Practice and, together with her team, implements B2B and social communication projects, and advises customers on matters of communication strategy, reputation management, or issue management. She is also responsible for developing the customer portfolio within her department’s field of expertise.

Since the beginning of her 15-year long professional career in communication, she has been involved in PR & PA consulting for customers running complex infrastructure projects, those operating in regulated markets, or foreign investors entering Poland. Her experience in the collaboration with businesses operating in the energy, oil & gas, and construction sectors, but also with technology or logistics centres spans many years.

Before joining 24/7, she was a communication leader of the Polish branch of Equinor, a Norwegian oil and gas giant developing a portfolio of offshore wind and photovoltaic systems in Poland. Earlier, she had spent many years working with top Polish agencies, including Komunikacja Plus, managing a team of consultants at the agency’s Warsaw branch office, in charge of new business development, also by applying the 360° communication approach.

Her private life is split between the free time spent in Poland and Italy. She is a fan of travelling and the Mediterranean sun, used to be strongly connected with the world of football, and invariably sticks to the firm belief that equality is a game where everyone wins.
