Alicja specialises in internal communication and employer branding activities. She has gained her professional experience working on projects for companies with particularly complex structures: 40,000 employees scattered all over Poland or franchise chains incorporating 60,000 shop owners. ​

Her adventure with communication began 10 years ago. Before joining 24/7, she had worked at two agencies, Garden of Words and Brave Hearts. That is where she had the opportunity to work with such clients as Eurocash Group, Polmos, Kujawski, Maspex, Duracell, Tesco Poland, Pasaże Tesco, and Wydawnictwo Znak. Some of the projects she supported gained acclaim and won Złote Spinacze (Golden Paperclips), Stevie Awards, and MP Power Awards.​

Her main fields of expertise are PR, CSR, social media, and influencer marketing. She is most fond of multi-tool and long-term projects implemented for customers who are open to non-standard measures.

She loves travelling in her free time, having already visited as many as 28 countries, and her favourite tourist destinations are the Balkans, Scandinavia, and Israel. In the evenings, she listens to crime podcasts, and devotes her weekends to extramural studies in psychology, which is her true passion (epigenetics and psychopathology in particular).
