As the CFO, she makes sure that the Agency functions properly in terms of all the financial aspects. She concentrates on business management, and always stays focused on finding solutions. Perceiving numbers as a source of information, she uses it to make bold and often difficult decisions. She believes that every good business and financial decision, even if difficult, brings you closer to the ultimate goal of healthy and properly organised finance, in the long run.

Her professional experience in the field of finance spans 17 years, including 7 which she spent working for the auditing company of PwC, starting as an assistant and climbing to a managerial position. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the ACCA qualifications.

For the last 10 years, she has been involved in financial management, focused particularly on the problems of profitability and controlling.

She is also very active after hours, traveling with her family to various remote parts of the world, passionate about exploring lifestyle and culture outside Europe, and convinced that the harder one finds to reach some destination, the more interesting it turns out and the fewer tourists one encounters on the way. On top of that, she is also very fond of cycling and hiking.
