Kasia provides advisory support and, along with her team, implements internal communication and employer branding projects, which she has completed in abundance over the course of more than a dozen years, and for some of which she received the most important industry awards – Golden Paperclips (Złote Spinacze). Numerous industry conferences have enjoyed her appearance as a speaker.

Her favourite projects are the most complex and long-term ones, which yield some real change. She is experienced in working in interdisciplinary teams aligned with the Agile methodology.

The professional experience she acquired earlier was also connected with PR agency operations, and more specifically – communication projects implemented in the private and public sector.

She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw in Sociology.

Known to be a very responsible person with highly developed analytical skills, she is a fan of workation, and spent Q2 2022 working remotely from Croatia.

Accompanying dogs and horses in the woods is – according to her – the best way to spend free time.
