Ola has more than a dozen years of experience in the field of communication, including strategic consulting and execution support. At 24/7 she is a member of the Technology & Retail team, where she implements internal communication, B2C, B2B, employer branding, or ESG projects.

Whatever task she tackles, it is invariably performed in line with the fundamental principles of 360° communication, which entails full utilisation of all the available channels or searching for new ones, from media relations, online and non-standard activities, to outdoor operations, events, and cooperation with influencers. She also supports businesses in the positioning of their internal experts, internal transformation processes, and crisis management.

Before joining the 24/7 team, she had acquired professional experience working at leading PR agencies, supporting large brands from the technological, automotive, and industrial sectors.

Privately, she is an enthusiast of all animals (but cats in particular), a fan of Portuguese culture, and a proud Silesian. Whenever an opportunity emerges, she grabs a suitcase and roams the world, but when that is not possible, she reads books, especially those about the history of England, or heads for the beach and spends her free time kitesurfing.
